Breezes sigh, rising over bridge tiled steps. The round sun sinks below the wall. Wild autumn geese slowly vanish as sunset lengthens all the clouds. Leaves have begun to drop already. Cold flowers lose their fragrance. I add my tears to the river. At slack tide, only the moon is pure. |
